The outdoors enthusiast will be surprised at the abundance of wildlife in the area. We frequently see moose, deer, raccoons, fox, snowshoe hare, loons, pileated woodpeckers, various ducks and blue herons and occasionally bears and bald eagles! Many campers have remarked that the best thing about our campground is waking up and frequently seeing deer or moose with their young just a few hundred feet across the lake.
